When you request an information pack or contact us, we collect:

• the home you are interested in, and whether you are buying to live in, investing or downsizing
• your budget range, and whether you have finance approved or funds to complete
• whether you would like to hear from us about future developments
• anything else you tell us by email, phone or in person, such as questions, inspection times or a proposed name for your terrace's plaque

You can browse the website without giving us any personal information. You don't have to give us your details, but without them we can't send you a pack or reply to you.

How we use it

• to send you the information pack you asked for and answer your questions
• to contact you about 6 Royal Street: availability, prices, inspections, progress and the sales process
• if you agree, to tell you about our future developments
• to prepare contracts and selections paperwork if you decide to buy

We don't sell your personal information or give it to anyone for their own marketing.

Marketing and unsubscribing
